Welcome to the Screambox Service, available via the website (www.Screambox.com) (the “Website”) of Screambox, LLC (“Screambox”, “we” or “us”), or via our applications that interface with the Screambox Website or with Screambox content (the “Applications”). We are a subscription service that provides our subscribers with access to convention footage, motion pictures, television shows, and other audio-visual entertainment streamed over the Internet to Internet-connected devices, including computers, smartphones, tablets, televisions, and other devices. The Website, our video services, our content library, our Applications that interface with the Website, our player for viewing the content library, and any other features, tools, materials, or other services offered from time to time by Screambox, or on the Website, or on the Applications, are referred to collectively as the “Screambox Service.”

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information, including your “Personal Information” (i.e., information that can be used to uniquely identify or contact you), that we may collect from you or that you may provide, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

In addition to the Screambox Service collecting certain information from Facebook if you connect your Screambox Service and Facebook accounts (as described above), you may choose to share information about your activities on the Screambox Service with Facebook and its users, including publishing your watch activity to Facebook. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. Please be aware that if you delete your User Contributions from the Screambox Service, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Screambox Service users.
